Job descriptionDegree in computer science, information systems, or a related IT discipline ( MBA preferred) Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in IT consultancies, GLCS, or public sector implementations Banking, consulting, or vendor environment exposure is a strong plus. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project implementation : gathering requirements, designing solutions, preparing documentation, and testing
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including resources, budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Work closely with clients to shape business strategies and project phases
- Oversee daily project execution, ensuring scope, timeline, change, and quality are tightly managed
- Hold project kick-offs, status meetings, and management presentations
- Review, sign off, and deliver high-quality project documentation
- Proactively manage risks, escalate issues early, and maintain clear team communication
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships while ensuring high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
