Associate I, Authorization

Job Requirements :

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in any field.
• Preferably at least 1- 2 years of related working experience in contact centre.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns. ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Resolve customers issues promptly and escalate more complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM system.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth processing of transactions.
• Experience in Terminal (POS) handling (Retail Job) with end-of-day settlement.
• Familiarity with transaction authorization and terminal handling for Payment Schemes (Visa, MasterCard, UPI,DuitNow, MyDebit).
• Good communication skills in English and Malay, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work 24 hours , including shifts, as required.
