Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Job Requirements :
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in any field.
Preferably at least 1- 2 years of related working experience in contact center.
Experience in Terminal (POS) handling (Retail Job) with end-of-day settlement.
Familiarity with transaction authorization and terminal handling for Payment Schemes (Visa, MasterCard, UPI,DuitNow, MyDebit).
Good communication skills in English and Malay, both spoken and written.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to work 24 hours , including shifts, as required.
