Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor the site's Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) policies in compliance with statutory requirements and company standards
- Conduct daily site inspections and training to ensure safe work practices
- Identify and mitigate potential hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts at the workplace
- Liaise with the Safety Officer, Site Manager, and subcontractors on safety-related issues
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation including reports, checklists, and records of incidents or near misses
- Ensure workers and visitors comply with site safety rules and use proper PPE
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement at the project site

Requirements
Possess a valid Yellow Book (Site Safety Supervisor) certificate registered with DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia)Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in construction or renewable energy projects (solar project experience is an added advantage)Good knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations and standardsStrong communication, leadership, and observation skillsAble to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced project environmentBenefits
