Job descriptionSupervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure smooth site operations. Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules and deadlines. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety requirements. Supervise slope, drainage, and earthwork activities according to engineering drawings. Report site progress, issues, and delays to the Site Engineer or Project Team. Maintain discipline, safety, and proper housekeeping at the worksite. Prepare daily site reports and assist in recording material usage.
