Junior QAQC Engineer

Responsibilities

Assisting the whole QA / QC operations by cooperating with the plan, revise and ensure implementation of QA / QC processes. Work together aggressively to maintain systems to establish standard relating to activities and product. Assist to liaise and coordinating with certification body for ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 45001 : 2018, HALAL, HACCP & GMP Certification Audit. Helping in designing, improving and implementing Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO Procedure and Processes. Assist to monitoring the closing of Customer Complaints; update Customer Complain Register & Customer NCR Register. Monitor the quality of production (online & offline) and ensure customer expectation are met. Work together to develop Internal Audit Plan, Audit Programme and conduct Internal Audit; prepare Internal Audit Report, Issue NCR, and follow-up closure status and verify corrective actions. Schedule and coordinate preparations for product inspections and testing. Prepare reporting as needed. Liaising with other departments with regards to products quality.
