Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily / weekly production schedules based on S&OP demand forecast.
• Analyse production capacity, material availability, and lead times to determine the feasibility of production schedules plan.
• Track daily production progress and monitor WIP movement versus planned schedule.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Operations, Engineering and material planning to achieve successful execution of the plan.
• Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to meet product delivery deadlines.
• Liaise with the material planner and buyers to ensure all materials are aligned to the production schedule planned to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Support new projects / transfer projects implementation.
• Monitor planning metrics and drive for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify operational challenges, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across all aspects of the organization.
• Comply with and follow all procedures within the company security policy and the rules of the road.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor / management.
