Overview

Process Expert - Material Master Management (Contract) at Hilti Group . You will consult and support Product managers in the Business Units and the global market organizations along the Product data processes to bring high quality product information to our customers.

What the role involves

In this global role, you will learn about the Hilti business, the process from identifying the need for new sales items up until the items are displayed on the Digital Platform and can be purchased by Hilti customers. You will be part of a dynamic global team by promoting quality practices and improving business processes.

Responsibilities

• As the process expert for systems and processes around product information, consult, train and support the Global Marketing community with the right setup for their product data and information in preparation for product launches.
• Drive and support the continuous improvement of the systems based on feedback from daily interactions with users; work closely with teammates and the IT department.
• Drive and support projects to further improve and enhance the system landscape and process, as appropriate to your capabilities.
