Responsibilities
Delivering excellence : Works efficiently and effectively within the technical constraints of production; generates high-quality art that matches or exceeds studio standardsCommunication : Keep the Lead Artist up to date regarding task status; obtain guidance and approval as needed; proactively schedule time and notify Managers and Lead Artists of upcoming roadblocksTeam and personal development : Consistently refine artistic abilities, learn new software and in-house tools; contribute to a positive team environmentRequirements
Full proficiency in game industry software and tools : 3ds Max / Maya; Substance Painter; Zbrush; Photoshop; PBR workflowSurface knowledge : BlenderIntermediate proficiency in : Unreal Engine character setup; Unreal Engine rendering (lighting, rendering)Highly proficient in at least one of the following disciplines and / or intermediate in all : Human Anatomy; Creature Anatomy; Hard Surface Modeling; Cloth Sculpting or Simulation; Passion for game development; Proficiency in Unreal asset integration; Experience with the game art asset pipeline (high-poly and efficient game-ready low-poly modeling, texturing and baking)Pluses
Familiarity with other game engines (Unreal Engine, Unity, etc.)Ability to work in other art disciplines (Concept Art, Rigging, Animation, VFX)Benefits
