At At the heart of the business is TEAM LEWIS Foundation. In January 2021, there was a need to respond to the challenges the COVID pandemic brought to communities and charitable organisations. TEAM LEWIS saw that support was crucial and change was needed to make that happen. Our local causes scheme was launched. Every member of TEAM LEWIS can nominate a local cause close to their heart to receive a cash donation. In addition, nominated causes can also benefit from a donation in kind of expertise, time, and resources. In the past year TEAM LEWIS has donated almost $2million to 445 causes around the world.

The Senior Art Director at TEAM LEWIS will collaborate closely with account servicing, digital, and content teams to support both internal and client-led campaigns, also new business pitch. This role oversees a broad spectrum of creative projects from brand development and digital assets to social campaigns and integrated marketing. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality creative work from ideation through to final execution, helping elevate client brands and contributing to internal initiatives across the business.

Key responsibilities and tasks

Creative Services and Project Management

• Develop and execute ideas from concept to completion across various mediums, ensuring alignment with the Creative Brief.
• Stay updated on the latest technological advancements, including design software, digital tools, and platforms, to deliver innovative solutions.
• Incorporate feedback from creative leads to refine and enhance projects.
• Work with other departments to create compelling and imaginative creative solutions for TEAM LEWIS and its clients, including video, digital, design, and innovation projects.
• Lead video projects from storyboarding to production.
• Stay curious about pop culture and social media trends, integrating culturally relevant elements into briefs and campaigns.
