Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Governance Professional to drive the implementation of effective data governance practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive use case implementations, and ensure the integrity and quality of our data across the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of the Data Governance program and related deliverables
Implement effective data governance practices following the required framework
Interact and liaise with stakeholders from business and support functions to understand their data governance requirements, data flows, transformations, and system integrations
Drive the implementation of various data governance use cases
Gather requirements from stakeholders and provide solutions within the data governance platform with the support of the tech team

Requirements

Over 5 years of hands-on data governance experience delivering successful Data Governance projects

Proven ability to align business objectives with data governance strategies by developing comprehensive data governance frameworks

Expert in implementing and managing data governance components such as business glossaries, data catalogs, data stewardship programs, data privacy initiatives, data quality standards, and data asset registries

Strong understanding of complex data landscapes and proficient in mapping data flows across diverse applications

Proven track record in building and scaling data governance foundations within large organizations

Deep technical expertise in metadata management, master data management, data quality, and data warehousing

Collaborative leader with experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams

Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion
