Job descriptionProvide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and network issues. -Perform maintenance and upkeep of computer hardware, peripherals, and IT equipment. -Assist in setting up and configuring workstations, printers, and other IT devices. -Support users with password resets, software installations, and system updates. -Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and service requests. -Follow IT policies and procedures to ensure security and efficiency.
