KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage the full spectrum of payroll processing for all companies within the group, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare, analyse, and submit HR reports accurately and on time to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure statutory reports and payments are prepared accurately and submitted promptly, maintaining compliance with government regulations.
- Stay updated on government policy changes and adjust HR practices accordingly.
- Oversee HR administration tasks, including HR system management, preparation of letters, and maintenance of staff files.
- Assist with company performance evaluation practices, ensuring effective implementation and consistency.
- Engage with outsourced agents for compensation and benefits surveys to benchmark salary packages and fringe benefits.
- Implement and monitor staff benefit programs to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with company policies.
Recruitment & Employee Engagement
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.Collaborate with hiring managers and business partners to fulfil manpower needs within specified timelines.Explore and utilise new recruitment channels to maintain a consistent supply of suitable candidates.Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant and interview databases to optimise talent search and reporting efforts.Assist in the planning and execution of staff engagement initiatives to enhance motivation and promote a positive organisational climate.Support the management of staff grievances and disciplinary cases, helping to mitigate industrial relations risks and ensure fair outcomes.Coordinate with outsourced industrial relations consultants to ensure effective and compliant labour management practices.Provide administrative and coordination support to senior HR leaders to ensure smooth departmental operations.HR Projects and Continuous Improvements
Participate in HR transformation and improvement projects, including policy reviews, process optimisation, and HR system upgrades.Contribute to data-driven HR initiatives by collecting and analysing workforce metrics and providing actionable insights.Support the rollout of new HR programs and frameworks aligned with organisational priorities.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
KnowledgeBachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalentGeneral knowledge of the Malaysian Labour Law and practicesSkillsExcellent interpersonal skills to work with people at all levelsMeticulous and detail-orientedSound ability to deal with conflict situations in a rational and constructive mannerProactive and positive personalityExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience as an HR generalist with hands-on experience in HR Operations.Significant experience in industrial relations and human resource management, including the negotiation of major matters.#J-18808-Ljbffr
