Job description

Duties & Responsibilities :

To perform full cycle of procurement procedures.
Source, quote, order and ensure all orders are promptly deliver in good condition.
To maintain records of purchases, pricing and other important data.
To maintain updated list and incoming inventory.
Coordinate with other related team to ensure job progress runs smoothly.
To establish and maintain good relationship with clients and vendors.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by superior.

Requirements :

Good technical understanding related to oil & gas industry.

Familiar with costing, plant safety requirements and tender management.

Pro-active, independent, quick learner and team-player.

Self-motivated and capable to work under pressure.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PDF).

Minimum Qualifications and experience requirements :

Minimum diploma / degree or its equivalent in Engineering or any related field.

Minimum of 2 years working experience in related industry.

Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
