Job descriptionManaging & monitoring Mortgage Direct Sales team to drive productivity & to deliver assigned financial targets. To achieve sales productivity of RM1.2m per sales staff per month. Increase referral contribution Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s). Minimum 3 years experience in sales and management. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication & motivational skills. Intimate interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills. Good knowledge in retail products & services.
Primary Objective
- Principally responsible for building and managing Direct Sales team to acquire new mortgage loans and to achieve the assigned business financial targets.
