Information Technology Support Engineer

EY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Supporting walk-in customers (Internal Staff), and day-to-day IT operations support. E.g. PC Imaging, software, and hardware installation troubleshooting all issues, and ensuring security procedures are followed and enforced.
• Creating and maintaining documentation of IT systems and processes
• Participating in team meetings and collaborating with other departments as needed
• Assisting in the planning and execution of IT projects or activities as and when required
• Conducting research on new technologies and providing recommendations for improvement
• Able to perform Automation, AI related tasks
