Commissioning Coordinator

Job descriptionDevelop and maintain RACI and Interface Matrices for Commissioning and SIMOPS Conduct discipline resource planning and coordinate FAT / SAT testing Manage vendor mobilization for onshore and offshore commissioning Ensure commissioning activities are executed across all sites Coordinate and ensure completion of first fills Review and approve Pre-commissioning and Commissioning procedures Align schedules with stakeholders and monitor execution progress ️ Define commissioning spares and support procurement of operational spares Implement vendor training programs with Operations sign-off Compile and hand over the complete Commissioning Dossier to Operations Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline Minimum 15 years of commissioning experience in the oil & gas industry Proven offshore and onshore commissioning experience Strong knowledge of safety case development, SIMOPS, and operational readiness ️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Work Location : Chachoengsao / Offshore / Bangkok Office

Risk & Safety Management
- Own and maintain the Risk and Mitigation Plan for Hook-up and Commissioning
- Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, and SIL workshops during the design phase
- ️ Contribute to PHSSER during construction
- Assist in developing PSSR and SIMOPS procedures
- Compile and complete the Safety Case for Wassana CPP and Operations
