About the role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Live Chat Agent to join our team at Hello Smart Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service support through our live chat platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner through live chat
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers about our products and services
- Identifying and escalating any complex or sensitive customer concerns to the appropriate team members
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
- Adhering to established service level agreements and key performance indicators
What we're looking for
1-2 years of experience in a customer service or contact centre role, preferably with live chat experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer serviceProficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbalFamiliarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entryA team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWhat we offer
