We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is based in our office in Butterworth, Malaysia. By joining us, you will contribute to building the first large-scale battery factories in Europe, Asia and the United States. Responsibilities

Prepare, interpret and review agreements, contracts, documents, filings, correspondence and various forms. Administer the Intellectual Property of the Company. A Master’s degree in Law or equivalent, with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in an international operating company. Excellent knowledge of English. Strong communication skills, direct and open personality with high ethical standards. Excellent analytic, decision-making and negotiating skills.
