Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager (Mechanical / Electrical)

To assist the Director in managing the projects from inception to end.

To manage a project team to meet the project requirements and deadline.

To liaise with clients and consultants on project and attend meetings.

To co‑ordinate sub‑contract works.

To assist in cost engineering to tender.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• More than 10 years M&E experience in Building ACMV and / or Electrical Services.
• Strong leadership, pleasant personality, independent, responsible and able to lead a team.
• Able to work in a fast‑pace environment and handle tight deadlines.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
