Assistant BIM Manager / BIM Manager

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Construction Management, or a related field is essential
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of total experience in design, engineering, or construction
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven, hands‑on experience in a dedicated BIM management or senior coordination role
• Ability to lead a team of BIM coordinators and modellers, manage project timelines, and ensure BIM deliverables are met.
• Must be able to effectively liaise between project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• In-depth knowledge of current BIM processes and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to anticipate and resolve model‑based conflicts (clashes) and workflow issues
• Excellent time management, organizational, and resource allocation skills.
• Proficient in key BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), knowledge of other software is a plus
