Responsible for technical project drawing, create, maintain or amend BIM models of different disciplines. (Architectural, Structural & MEP).Collaborate and coordinate with clients and consultants on BIM issues, design changes and model changesModify and advise on altering design, variations and changesClash Analysis & DetectionWork as a project resource to support the successful delivery of specific outputs individually or as part of a team.Build Design, modelling and scripting skills as well as developing communication skills including technical writing.Contribute to designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings and final working drawings and input to the production of technical reportsResponsible to manage the BIM process, writing / executing BIM Execution Plans, assisting in meeting clients’ BIM project requirements.Assist in coaching other team members in BIM knowledge and the required BIM skills.Be compliant with BIM Standards where imposed.Ensure the writing of BIM Execution plans are compliant with client's BIM requirement.Manage BIM Modelers and BIM Co-ordinators at various project sites.Responsible for handling BIM modeling works for construction projects and maintaining a drawing / information register.Attend co-ordination workshops and monthly progress meetings.Any other ad-hoc task assigned by General Manager.REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Construction Management, or a related field is essential
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of total experience in design, engineering, or construction
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven, hands‑on experience in a dedicated BIM management or senior coordination role
- Ability to lead a team of BIM coordinators and modellers, manage project timelines, and ensure BIM deliverables are met.
- Must be able to effectively liaise between project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- In-depth knowledge of current BIM processes and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to anticipate and resolve model‑based conflicts (clashes) and workflow issues
- Excellent time management, organizational, and resource allocation skills.
- Proficient in key BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), knowledge of other software is a plus
