Conduct monitoring activities to enhance due diligence, mystery shopping, and surveillance and propose appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
Conduct comprehensive enhanced due diligence reviews and risk assessments of high-risk customers.
Identify, review and provide necessary recommendations to mitigate ML / TF risks associated with new products or services or risks arising from the operational changes.
Administer, review and report on the excess reload refund activities in adherence to the internal procedures.
Collaborate and support relevant departments in enhancing the business process documentation to maintain complete and accurate information.
Administer and analyze all applicable regulatory publications issued by the regulatory authority, highlighting the key changes and their impact on business operations.
Job Requirement :
Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Law
Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
Preferably undefined specialising in Others or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written
