Job Responsibility

  • Conduct monitoring activities to enhance due diligence, mystery shopping, and surveillance and propose appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
  • Conduct comprehensive enhanced due diligence reviews and risk assessments of high-risk customers.
  • Identify, review and provide necessary recommendations to mitigate ML / TF risks associated with new products or services or risks arising from the operational changes.
  • Administer, review and report on the excess reload refund activities in adherence to the internal procedures.
  • Collaborate and support relevant departments in enhancing the business process documentation to maintain complete and accurate information.
  • Administer and analyze all applicable regulatory publications issued by the regulatory authority, highlighting the key changes and their impact on business operations.

Job Requirement :

  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Law
  • Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
  • Preferably undefined specialising in Others or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written
