In this role, you'll be the bridge between our cutting‑edge F&B solutions and restaurant partners around the world.

From workflow design and menu setup to training and post‑launch support, you’ll guide merchants through a seamless onboarding experience. You’ll collaborate across cultures and time zones, helping restaurants optimize their operations and embrace digital transformation. What You’ll Do

• Industry Insight : Leverage your F&B experience to identify merchant pain points and propose tech‑driven solutions.
• Workflow Planning : Collaborate with restaurants to map their operational flow and configure our system accordingly.
• Menu Setup : Support merchants in building their menus within our backend portal, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Product Expertise : Become a go‑to expert on EATS365’s F&B solutions, providing clear guidance and support throughout onboarding.
• Cross‑Cultural Collaboration : Work closely with global teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
• Tailored Training : Design and deliver customized training programs based on each restaurant’s concept, workflow, and cultural context.
• Onboarding Support : Provide hands‑on assistance during deployment, including flexible hours to support clients across time zones. Remote work options available.
