Overview

Research & Development Manager (Nutraceutical / Functional Food) to join MOH PHARMACEUTICAL TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time role focuses on driving the research and development of innovative nutraceutical and functional food products that cater to the health-conscious market.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and manage the R&D team in the development of new nutraceutical and functional food products from concept to commercialisation
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and formulations
• Oversee the product development process, including formulation, testing, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, marketing) to ensure timely and successful product launches
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the nutraceutical and functional food sectors
• Manage the R&D budget and resources to support the company's strategic objectives
• Provide technical expertise and support to the sales and marketing teams
• Mentor and develop the R&D team to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
