We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and business growth across 6 to 9 retail outlets in Malaysia .

What you\'ll be doing

• Oversee daily operations and performance of 6 to 9 outlets within your assigned area.
• Manage and coordinate store managers and frontline staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Analyse sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Ensure consistent brand standards in inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation .
• Provide hands-on coaching, training, and support to outlet teams to enhance skills and performance.
• Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall productivity.
• Resolve operational and customer service issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the HQ team to align local execution with company-wide strategies and goals.
