Job descriptionLead strategic development of targeted digital marketing content and campaigns crucial to support the online platform’s growth objectives. Managing content creation and distribution across all digital channels. Proactive tracking of campaign effectiveness and metrics and implementing rapid optimizations based on performance data to maximize results. Serve as the online segment’s growth driver to develop, manage and drive the execution of the annual retail education and marketing roadmaps. Ensure all digital marketing efforts comply with advertising for capital market products and related services guidelines by the Securities Commission of Malaysia. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Business IT / MIS / Information Technology / Computer Science (CS), Banking and Finance or equivalent. Preferably with 5 years of relevant working experience in Stockbroking Industry and Financial Industry. Minimum 5 years in managing technology implementation, product management and digital transformation background. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, have good understanding of current trends and best practices in digital transformation and marketing strategy. Foundational understanding or working knowledge of the fundamentals across web development and design (e.g. understanding site structure and user experience), digital and social media marketing execution, online business process innovation and digitalization and digital data security and compliance to PDPA. Familiar with other marketing platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, Telegram etc. Prior completion of the Securities Commission CMRSL Modules 6 & 7 is a strong advantage. The primary base will be UOA Damansara Heights, Jalan Dungun, with occasional travel required to meet business needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a fast-evolving wealth management company in Malaysia, we are seeking proactive candidates to join our innovative E-Business team with special emphasis on business process digitalization, digital transformation and technology implementation in the online stockbroking space.
We are looking for a self-driven individual with a desire to lead and develop our online trading platform to be at the forefront of our stockbroking peers with innovative and user-friendly solutions. Please refer to the job responsibilities and requirement for specifics details about the position.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Platform Oversight
- Serve as the product manager for the online trading platform, to define and execute the technical roadmap and timeline for all modernizations, feature development, and bug-fix initiatives.
- Lead the complete end-to-end product lifecycle, serving as the primary driver from requirements gathering and prioritization through to development execution (including testing and migration), successful market launch, user familiarization workshops, and online distribution strategy.
- Drive business initiatives and the commercial success related to the online trading platform, including identifying new revenue streams, opportunities for automation, optimizing trading efficiency and supply chain, and managing costs to facilitate the growth of the online business segment.
- Maintain oversight of stable Business as Usual (BAU) operations for online trading.
- Handle all case escalations from multi-channels (sales, support and clients) to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- Serve as the liaison between business units (Sales, Trading, Risk, Operations), compliance and the technology teams, translating high-level business requirements into clear, actionable specifications and vice-versa.
- Manage vendor relationships, including due diligence, performance evaluation, contract negotiation, and strategic collaboration with key technology partners. Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for all digital initiatives.
- Ensure the online trading platform operates within all internal and external regulatory guidelines and risk frameworks, proactively maintaining the highest standards of security and operational integrity.
- Periodic reporting and presentations to senior leadership on platform performance, commercial metrics, and roadmap progress.
