Responsibilities

Setia City Mall is recognized as the largest mall in Shah Alam. Over 300 retailers are spread across 4 levels creating the ultimate destination of choice for shopping, dining, entertainment and park life in the area. We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. Customer Service Assistant is responsible for attending to inquiries / feedback / requests / complaints from shoppers and tenants tactfully and in a timely manner. Your role includes but not limited to :

• Communication with shoppers and tenants in person or via phone call.
• Ensuring all customer facilities such as strollers and wheelchairs are in good working condition and maintained at high standard of cleanliness.
• Conducting internal daily floor checks including tenant opening and closing hour.
• Attending to emergencies and responding according to the centre Standard Operating Procedure.
• Concierge desk administration duties.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations of the mall.
• Assist in mall marketing events and campaigns such as handling gift redemption, lucky draws, contest forms etc.
