Develop and implement strategic sales
plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base Conduct market research to identify industry trends , competitor activities, and new opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers Understand customer needs and offer tailored product or service solutions Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships Stay updated on product knowledge and deliver effective presentations and demonstrations Prepare accurate sales forecasts , reports, and performance analyses Share insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies and results Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns and promotional materials Gather and analyze customer feedback to support product and service improvements Communicate customer insights to internal teams for continuous development Lead negotiations and close sales agreements with customers Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and relevant regulations Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business Administration , or a related field Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in marketing or a similar role Proven track record in executing marketing strategies and campaigns Solid understanding of market research, data analysis, and statistical techniques Strong knowledge of marketing best practices and strategic planning principles Proficient in Microsoft Office ; familiarity with social media platforms is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Creative, commercially aware, and analytical in problem-solving Self-motivated, dynamic, and a fast learner with a proactive attitude Able to work independently and as part of a team Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin Others Information :
