Overview

Jawatan : Pelukis Pelan

Kami sedang mencari Pelukis Pelan yang bersemangat dan berpengalaman untuk menyertai pasukan kami.

Keperluan & Kemahiran

  • Pengalaman kerja antara 3 hingga 5 tahun.
  • Mahir dalam perisian AutoCAD dan mampu menghasilkan lukisan yang kemas serta tepat.
  • Berpengalaman menyediakan : Architecture, C&S dan M&E Drawing
  • Working Drawing
  • Construction Drawing
  • Submission (Authority) Drawing
  • Mampu menerima arahan dengan baik serta menyiapkan kerja dalam tempoh masa yang singkat (tight deadline).
  • Boleh bekerja dengan pengawasan minima sambil mengekalkan fokus dan produktiviti.
  • Bersedia melaksanakan tugas-tugas tambahan yang diarahkan.
  • Berdisiplin, rajin, bertanggungjawab, serta mempunyai semangat belajar dan berdikari.

Tanggungjawab Utama

  • Menghasilkan lukisan terperinci mengikut piawaian dan spesifikasi yang ditetapkan, termasuk pelan lantai, keratan rentas, elevasi, dan lukisan terperinci lain.
  • Menggunakan perisian CAD (Computer-Aided Design) seperti AutoCAD untuk menghasilkan lukisan yang tepat dan profesional.

    • Gaji

    Gaji akan ditentukan berdasarkan pengalaman dan kemahiran calon.
