Requirements

  • Minimum education is Degree in any related field
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to coordinate with regional and global teams.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in service center / operations management, preferably in IT or managed services.
  • Proven track record in managing service teams, workflows, and performance metrics
  • Strong understanding of managed services frameworks (ITIL, ISO 20000, etc.) and service delivery best practices.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, handling escalations, and adjusting service models to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and adapt to fast-paced, demanding environments
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence

Responsibilities

  • Experienced and dynamic Operations & Service Center Manager to lead our Service Delivery team in Kuala Lumpur.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managed services, IT service management, and team leadership, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing service operations, optimizing processes, managing team performance, and aligning with global service teams to meet customer expectations.
