Requirements
- Minimum education is Degree in any related field
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to coordinate with regional and global teams.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in service center / operations management, preferably in IT or managed services.
- Proven track record in managing service teams, workflows, and performance metrics
- Strong understanding of managed services frameworks (ITIL, ISO 20000, etc.) and service delivery best practices.
- Experience in client-facing roles, handling escalations, and adjusting service models to meet customer needs.
- Ability to work under high pressure and adapt to fast-paced, demanding environments
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence
