Responsibilities
Edit high-quality videos optimized for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and YouTube. Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content, such as Reels or Shorts, for wider distribution. Organise raw media, edit footage, colour correction and create static and motion graphics (using templates). Enhance videos with music, voiceovers, and sound effects in post-production. Contribute fresh and innovative ideas, demonstrating a strong understanding of social media trends, engagement tactics, and storytelling techniques that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency by adhering to branding guidelines, maintaining proper layout, typography, and visual hierarchy in all video projects. Manage multiple media projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines. Videography
Plan and coordinate video shoots with the content team and project leader. Ensure proper framing, basic lighting, and audio setup for high-quality video production. Capture and edit footage for company events as needed. Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Media Production, Photography, Film Production or related field. Preferably from a production house or media agency background. Minimum 2-3 years of video editing experience, with familiarity in camera equipment and operation. Creative thinking with keen eye for detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in video editing and scripting software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and CapCut. Willingness to travel and work on-site at the office (Bandar Sunway) and other locations as required by the company.
