Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across various teams. This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership, time management, and communication skills, with a background in project management studies.

This is a 6-month contract position with a clear pathway to permanent employment based on performance and project delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage project timelines, resources, and team deliverables

Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team progress

Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope

Conduct regular project meetings and status updates

Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Report on project performance to management

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management OR 2 years of experience with a proven track record and reference

Graduate in Project Management or related field

Strong organizational and planning skills

Excellent communication and leadership qualities

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Proficient in project management tools
