岗位职责：

主导不同币种支付通道的支付接口的对接与调试

设计统一的支付适配层，兼容多支付渠道的差异化管理

监控支付链路性能瓶颈（如数据库、网络IO），进行调优

快速定位并解决生产环境支付交易异常问题

编写支付模块技术文档、接口规范

任职要求：

熟练使用 Redis（缓存 / 分布式锁）、RabbitMQ / Kafka（交易异步化）、SQL Server / MySQL

2 年以上支付系统开发经验，熟悉支付全链路（下单→支付→清算→结算）

有三方支付机构对接实战经验，了解支付协议（如 ISO8583）及常见支付场景（分账、代扣、预授权等）

理解支付安全机制（非对称加密、数字证书、Tokenization）
