Job Title : Player / Gamer Support Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)
Location : G Tower, Ampang Park Station, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours : Rotational shift between 7 : 00 AM to 9 : 00 PM, 9 hours per day, 5 days a week
Overview
We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Mandarin-speaking Player Support Specialist to join our team at G Tower, KL. You will provide support to a large player base for a popular MMORPG game, ensuring high-quality assistance via live chat, email, and in-game tools.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to player inquiries through various support channels (email, chat, ticketing system)
- Troubleshoot in-game issues including item restoration, account or billing problems
- Read and analyze game logs to identify problems and offer effective solutions
- Provide accurate and timely information to players regarding updates or issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed
- Maintain professionalism and empathy when dealing with player concerns
Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin (read, write, and speak) and proficient in EnglishExperience in gaming or customer service is highly preferredStrong interest in MMORPGs and gaming cultureAbility to analyze data and problem-solve effectivelyGood written communication and typing skillsWilling to work on rotational shifts including weekends and public holidaysWhat We Offer
