Product Specialist

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to drive sales in the thriving medical market with our innovative range of products. ENT-neuro portfolio (2 headcounts) - to be based in Penang and Johor Bahru Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand your product portfolio, increasing market share and achieving sales targets. Attend cases in OT. Present and demonstrate your portfolio’s medical equipment to healthcare professionals and patients, showcasing the benefits and applications of the products. Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical professionals. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Manage the sales process from prospecting and pre-call planning to post-sales follow-up, ensuring that your portfolio achieves consistent sales growth and market penetration. Gather competitor insights and market trends to support the sales team in developing strategies that will position your portfolio effectively in the market. Engage with hospitals, operating theatres, patients to promote the adoption and effective use of your products. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business, Science, or a relevant field. Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry. Experience in ENT-neuro, urology or surgical equipment is beneficial. Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets. Experience in product launches or introducing new solutions to the market is a plus. Demonstrated experience in working with hospitals, clinicians, and KOLs. Required Skills

Passionate about sales, highly motivated, and committed to exceeding sales targets. Strong communication skills (both written and spoken) with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly to healthcare professionals. You work well both independently and within a collaborative team environment, taking initiative to drive success. Good organizational and time-management skills to handle pre-call planning and post-sales activities.
