Credit & Receivables Manager (Uo to 9.5K | Shah Alam)

We are looking for an experienced Manager, Receivables & Credit Operations to lead the credit control and AR functions for a leading FMCG distributor. The role focuses on ensuring effective credit management, timely collection, and sound financial control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Credit Control team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Develop and implement credit policies to minimize risk exposure.
• Review customer credit applications, references, and set credit limits.
• Monitor AR ageing reports, journal entries, and assist in month-end closing.
• Work closely with Sales to manage overdue accounts and resolve disputes.
• Prepare and present aged debtors and collection reports to management.
• Engage with customers on long‑overdue accounts and negotiate repayment plans.
