  • What You’ll Be Doing

    Build Relationships

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Customer Acquisition

  • Assist in identifying and onboarding new customers or channel partners through both digital channels (e.g., cold calling, email outreach) and in-person meetings.
  • Conduct follow-ups and gather feedback from resellers to support business development initiatives.
  • Deliver Presentations

  • Prepare and conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations for customers, partners, and system integrators.
  • Reporting

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to track progress, measure performance, and support strategic planning.
  • Market Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to identify potential areas for business growth.
  • Understand and address the evolving needs of customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries or complaints, recommend effective solutions, and provide ongoing support as needed.
  • Develop and follow up on all sales leads to achieve assigned targets and quotas.
  • Present proposals to potential clients, negotiate terms, and close deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • General

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales of enterprise business software / IT solutions or customer relationship management. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Proven track record in business application software sales.
  • Basic understanding of CRM, contact center operations, or enterprise software solutions is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success with long-cycle sales campaigns in a consultative and competitive market.
  • Demonstrated knowledge on consultative selling methodologies.
  • Experience in managing key business partners.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess a positive attitude, good time management, and attention to detail.
