As we expand into the Australian market, we are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Partnerships & Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth, build strategic alliances, and secure enterprise clients.
Role Overview
The Partnerships & Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for leading business development efforts, forging key partnerships, and driving enterprise adoption of our lending and credit solutions across Australia. The role requires deep market knowledge, strong sales leadership, and the ability to navigate the regulatory and competitive landscape in the fintech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion – Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Australia, identifying opportunities for growth in both consumer and SME lending segments.
- Partnership Development – Build and manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, fintechs, brokers, and strategic partners.
- Enterprise Sales – Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with enterprise clients including large corporates, lenders, and digital platforms.
- Revenue Growth – Drive sales targets and ensure profitability through innovative deal structures and customer acquisition strategies.
- Strategic Alliances – Collaborate with payment providers, digital platforms, and ecosystem players to embed lending and credit products.
- Regulatory Awareness – Stay up-to-date with ASIC, consumer credit laws, and lending regulations to ensure compliance.
- Pipeline Management – Use CRM tools to manage leads, forecast revenue, and report to leadership on market performance.
- Product Feedback – Act as the voice of the customer, working closely with product and operations teams to refine offerings for the Australian market.
- Brand Representation – Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with marketing, risk, compliance, and operations teams to deliver a cohesive market strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales in financial services, fintech, or lending / credit.Strong network across Australian banks, financial institutions, fintechs, and corporate sectors.Proven track record of closing large deals and scaling sales pipelines.Deep understanding of the Australian lending / credit ecosystem, including consumer and SME segments.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NCCP Act, ASIC requirements).Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.What We Offer
