Job descriptionDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in web or mobile application testing (fresh graduates with strong testing knowledge are welcome). Strong understanding of software testing processes, SDLC, and QA methodologies. Experience in manual testing of websites and mobile applications. Familiar with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox). Familiar with mobile device testing on both Android and iOS. Experience with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana). Basic knowledge of API testing (e.g., Postman). (Optional) Basic understanding of automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress. (Optional) Ability to write simple test scripts or use automation frameworks. Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability. Good communication and teamwork skills. Organized and able to manage multiple test cycles or releases. Passionate about improving software quality and user experience. Experience in automation testing for web or mobile apps. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of SQL for backend data validation. Experience testing in Agile / Scrum environments. ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
