- Identify opportunities to generate new sales leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, dealers, and retailers.
- Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, enquiries, presentations, quotations, negotiations, orders, payment, shipment and client's feedback / complaints.
- Provide professional consultations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Work closely with internal party to ensure project deliver timely.
- Assist in planning and executing exhibitions in-line with the Company's marketing objectives and positioning.
Prepare relevant approval documents, registrations, tools and arrangements for exhibitions placement and setup.
Liaise and work closely with external parties (organisers, contractors, suppliers, etc) and internal departments (sales, sample, logistics, etc) to ensure successful execution of exhibitions.
Prepare and process quotations and invoices for Finance Department and ensure that all event related administrative records are kept up-to-date.
10. Monitor and respond to activity on social media platforms and email queries.
11. Assist in maintaining and updating the company website and digital platforms.
12. Prepare monthly performance and analysis reports for campaigns and digital platforms.
13. Manage marketing inventories such as collaterals, corporate gifts, and advertising materials.
14. Collaborate internally to support marketing requests, budgets, and reporting.
15. Provide support on marketing requests from group companies, managements or partners.
Performing other duties when needed.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.2–3 years of experience in business development and / or marketing (B2B and manufacturing experience preferred).Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces, social media management, EDM tools (e.g., MailChimp), and exhibition planning.Creative, energetic, proactive, and results-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills.Able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.Willing to work in weekends, or public holidays if required (for exhibitions / events).
