Service Engineer

Overview

Danfoss is seeking a Service Engineer to join the regional drives competence center in Asia-Pacific. The role provides high-level technical support remotely or on-site as required and supports the interface between global product teams and local technical support teams to respond to technical questions regarding Danfoss Drive products and applications.

The position aims to accelerate the development of service capabilities in the Asia-Pacific region and strengthen Danfoss’ service channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the regional competence center and maintain the required KPIs for response to technical cases
• Provide field service technical support to countries within APR, if necessary
• Plan and prioritize technical support requests
• Ensure the successful outcome of service together with all internal and external stakeholders
• Establish and maintain a good business relationship with all relevant stakeholders
• Continuous development of technical know-how, new technology trends, new products and product features
