Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Associate, based at FitFlop Sunway Pyramid in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Retail Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience, and maintaining a customer-focused service standard. Core responsibilities include managing product inventory, creating an inviting shopping environment, and supporting overall store operations to meet business objectives.

• Previous retail experience and familiarity with lifestyle brands are preferred.
