Job Description
- To provide operational support in Fulfilment Team to meet department objectives and company business goal.
- To process customers' orders as per the various requirements and process flow, accurately and timely.
- To prepare accurate delivery documents & billing documents before due date.
- To handle customers' inquiries with regards to stock availability, expiry date / shelf life, delivery schedule, etc.
- To assist in Master Data creation.
- To process requests for demo & loan equipment movement to and from customers' location.
