About Our Client

Job Description

• Lead Tendering Strategy & Execution : Manage the preparation of competitive bids, estimates, and quotations, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, commercial terms, and internal standards.
• Risk & Commercial Oversight : Identify and mitigate risks across tenders and contracts, participate in risk reviews, and ensure full compliance with company policies.
• Team Leadership & Development : Coach and lead a team of Tendering Specialists, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement in bid quality and turnaround time.
• Customer & Internal Collaboration : Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external customers, ensuring technical and commercial support throughout the tendering process.
• Reporting & Analysis : Track bid status, analyze win / loss reasons, and provide insights to improve future tender outcomes.
