Job descriptionExperienced in warehouse operations is preferred Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments and stakeholders Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is preferred; others with transferrable skill sets are welcome Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is encouraged Working pattern : 45 hours weekly, rotational shift schedule, overtime if required (up to 6 days) Working location : Ipoh, Perak
Warehouse Supervisor, Sortation Centre - SPX Express (Perak)
Location : Ipoh, Perak
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily Sorting Centre operations including physical operations – primarily receiving, sorting and outbound
- Involves scheduling, staffing and workflow management, and monitoring key performance metrics
- Manage multiple stakeholders – coordinate between building owner, manpower provider, and internal operation teams
- Ensure operations meet the targeted Service Level Agreement (SLA) by general management, using problem solving and employee coaching / training skills where needed
- Provide daily data reports and identify potential improvements to existing processes to reduce bottlenecks and improve the efficiency of the team
