Overview

Inbound Sales Representative role at Agensi Pekerjaan JobScoper Sdn. Bhd.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and care.
  • Assist customers with basic website, domain, and hosting-related inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot issues to achieve one-call resolution.
  • Recommend suitable digital solutions through a consultative sales approach.
  • Meet performance goals (sales target, etc.).
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent command of English (verbal, written, and comprehension).
  • Experience in customer service, B2B / B2C sales, or call center support is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets / KPIs.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Tech-savvy or interested in web / online tools (domains, hosting, e-commerce).
  • Willing to do sales; willing to work on 24 / 7 rotational shifts.
