Experience in customer service, B2B / B2C sales, or call center support is an advantage. Comfortable working with sales targets / KPIs. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Tech-savvy or interested in web / online tools (domains, hosting, e-commerce). Willing to do sales; willing to work on 24 / 7 rotational shifts. 5 working days Annual Leave and Sick Leave Training Provided Allowance Provided EPF and SOCSO Associate Full-time Customer Service Industries : Technology, Information and Internet
