Role : Business Analyst within the Systematic Account Development program, focusing on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Power BI & CRM analytics to provide cutting-edge processes and features that support internal sales teams. The initiative is a global effort embedded in Hilti's strategy to enhance Customer Relationship Management and help customers realize the full potential of Hilti products on job sites.
What the role involves
As a Business Analyst, you will understand business requirements, design solution proposals, and implement as well as support them in the respective systems. You will be part of an international scrum team, leveraging agile methods to deliver strong impact to customers. Systematic Account Development manages sales processes and enables customers to benefit fully from Hilti products. The team implements and maintains Salesforce solutions that provide stakeholders with full transparency about sales opportunities. While primary technology focus is Salesforce Sales Cloud, you will also engage with related technologies such as SAP S / 4HANA, Salesforce Service Cloud, Microsoft, and AWS microservices. Responsibilities include designing, building, and implementing CRMA dashboards, dataflows, and data integrations.
